First Complete launches roadshow series; TSB reaches out to intermediary community
First Complete begins a series of ‘Kick Off meetings' with its Appointed Representatives around the country in Northern Ireland on 14 January.

The LSL-owned network events for over 725 ARs will examine the regulatory and market landscapes and allow brokers to hear from lender and provider partners about what the upcoming year and network strategy.

TSB, which is launching its intermediary proposition this month, will be presenting to the adviser community for one of the first times.

The new lender will outline details of its products and expected launch to the wider intermediary market this month, after relaunch under mortgage intermediary director Roland McCormack.

The latest lending data from the Council of Mortgage Lenders showed TSB advanced £1.4bn in mortgages in 2013, placing it joint-14th on the list of the top 20 lenders in the UK.

Myhomemove, which joined First Complete’s conveyancing panel will also be presenting its new conveyancing proposition for the first time to First Complete ARs.

Lloyds Banking Group and protection provider Friends Life will also be attending.
Finally, First Complete’s compliance operations director, Donald Fraser, will have senior members of the field compliance team talking about developments in the consumer credit space, working with the regulator, mortgage business quality and the compliance landscape for 2015.

Toni Smith, sales operations director at First Complete, said: “The kick off meetings help our brokers to really focus on the year ahead, not only on the opportunities but also the challenges they may face. We aim to make sure they have the right structure in place in their businesses and the right know-how to deal with anything they may face.

“First Complete’s regional sales directors will also be recognising excellence within their respective regions.”

The meetings will be held on:

• 14th January – Northern Ireland
• 15th January – Glasgow
• 20th January – North West
• 22nd January – North East & Yorkshire
• 27th January – London
• 29th January – Midlands
