The client portal, which uses Lifetime Group’s 360Dotnet software and Twenty7Tec’s MortgageSource sourcing system, has been developed in an effort to rebalance the needs of advisers and their client base.
Over 250 Authorised Representative firms of the Network will have access to the new system.
HLP’s system will offer clients access to a digital financial control centre allowing members to record client fact find details, source mortgages and protection and produce suitability letters and KFIs from within one system from any web enabled device.
It also aims to increase engagement between the broker and client with Skype integration and case tracking included in the system.
Lifetime Group said cases should progress more quickly, with the ability to transmit documents by the client or broker via the portal.
