Twenty7Tec poaches mortgage expert from rival software firm
Twenty7Tec has poached rival firm Intelliflo’s mortgage expert to head up the delivery of its latest software development.

John Penn will work with lenders and intermediaries to explore the opportunities within firms for the integration of Twenty7Tec’s mortgage application platform.

Mortgage Apply is a web-based platform which combines sourcing and point of sale systems with the lender’s own systems so brokers do not have to re-enter customer data into multiple lender sites.

Before joining Intelliflo, Penn spent four years working at Mortgage Brain as a business development manager.

James Tucker, managing director of Twenty7Tec, said: “As we move into the next phase of our growth it is vital that we identify individuals with a strong track record in this industry. John fits exactly the profile of the sort of individual we are looking for and his experience and knowledge will be invaluable as we take our Mortgage Apply platform to market.”
