Mark Bullard returns as head of intermediary sales at NatWest
Mark Bullard has returned to his former position as head of sales at NatWest Intermediary Solutions after leaving the role in February to work in another part of the bank.

He was seconded to head up the telephony mortgage division where he has been for the last nine months. Paul Kane stepped into the role as his replacement after working as corporate account manager for the bank.

Bullard, who first took up the position in July 2010, was responsible for ushering in the use of LiveTalk, an instant messaging service for brokers to use as their main channel of communication with the bank for pre-submitted applications.

Bullard said: “I have had a great experience in our retail telephony division and have gained a lot of insight about customers’ experiences of arranging mortgages that I think I will be able to utilise back in the intermediary business. It’s great to be back but having had some time away from this business it has refreshed my thinking and will enable me to bring a different perspective to what we do.”
