Engaged CRM integrates sourcing from Twenty7Tec
Users of customer relations management system Engaged CRM will be able to source mortgages, secured loans and bridging products on the platform after integration with Twenty7Tec’s sourcing systems.

Client data keyed into the Engaged CRM will automatically be used in sourcing, reducing the need for re-keying, and providing accurate sourcing results.

James Tucker (pictured), managing director of Twenty7Tec, said: “The combination of our leading sourcing technology, and the Engaged CRM is a compelling proposition. We already have a number of mutual clients who are using the integrated system and the feedback has been positive”.

Twenty7Tec’s sourcing systems are used by some of the largest intermediary and specialist distributor firms in the UK.

Users of the system will also have the ability to produce a detailed comparison of mortgage versus secured lending options, helping ensure compliance with the guidelines contained within Mortgage Credit Directive.

Malcolm Hudson, managing director at Engaged CRM, said the development takes the CRM offering in the market place “to the next level.”

“The high level of technology and skill of both teams allowed seamless product integration with Twenty7Tec”, he said.

“The synergies between the two companies and the shared vision has created a new benchmark in CRM and sourcing integration”.
