The IT Innovation of the Year award was presented to the partnership at the Retail Banker International awards recognising the new DigiDocs portal introduced by NatWest and based on Vizolution’s secure, omni-channel document solution, vDoc.

DigiDocs is a web based application that allows customers to upload any document from any device 24/7. It has reduced the loan application timeline from an average of 11 days to less than 48 hours

Bill Safran, chief executive of Vizolution said: “This is the second award we have won with NatWest for Digidocs and we’re thrilled that it continues to receive such widespread recognition.”

DigiDocs also won the Best Use of Technology in Customer Service gong at the FStech awards last month.
