The housing industry is awaiting guidance on the government's policy for the market with bated breath. But what do they want from recently appointed Prime Minister Theresa May?
In a survey of 2,000 respondents from the housebuilding industry, participants were asked what aspects of housing and planning policy they would like the new Prime Minister Theresa May, to change.
The findings, conducted by new build property portal WhatHouse and Home Builders Federation (HBF)-backed website New-Homes.co.uk, are highlighted below.
