Chris Bramham is on gardening leave after leaving Brightstar Financial last week.
Brightstar and British Mortgage Award-winner Bramham (pictured centre) were both unavailable to comment.
Bramham was a director and head of mortgages at Brightstar Financial for two and a half years after 12 years as managing director at Kings Group in North London.
Prior to that Bramham was area sales manager at Northern Rock for 13 years.
At the end of January, Bradley Moore was promoted to managing director at Brightstar Financial.
At the time, Brightstar strengthened its management team with two promotions, also making William Lloyd a director at the company.
Moore co-founded the business in 2011 alongside chief executive officer Rob Jupp and fellow director Kit Thompson and will continue in his role running the second charge mortgage division and Bright Mortgage Services, as well as the overall company.
“Bradley has been with the business from inception and has worked tirelessly hard with Kit and myself to make the business what it is today,” said Jupp at time of writing.
