Keystone joins SimplyBiz panel
SimplyBiz Mortgages has added specialist buy-to-let lender Keystone Property Finance to its panel.

All SimplyBiz Mortgage members will now be able to access Keystone’s range of buy-to-let products, short-term finance and commercial mortgages, as well as speak with its team of underwriters.

Martin Reynolds (pictured), chief executive officer of SimplyBiz Mortgages, said: “With the onset of both regulatory and fiscal changes, the buy-to-let market is evolving rapidly. Working with experts in the expanding limited company buy-to-let arena will enable our members to offer wider solutions to their clients.”

David Whittaker, chief executive officer of Keystone Property Finance, said: “We are delighted to join the panel and our BDMs will be visiting SimplyBiz Members regularly to help place cases and explain how our product ranges have been designed to meet the changing needs of investors and businesses.”
