Vida entered the market in October and specialises in residential and buy-to-let customers who may not fit the criteria currently demanded by high street banks.
It also offers retirement, limited company and special purpose vehicle lending, and mortgages for flats above commercial premises.
TenetLime managing director Gemma Harle (pictured) said the network was impressed with Vida’s first few months of operation.
