She joins after spending 13 years at Darlington Building Society where her most recent position was as a business development manager looking after regional and national accounts.
At Foundation, Bourne will be reporting into recently appointed national sales manager, Mark Whitear and support the expansion strategy within the buy to let and residential sector.
Foundation Home Loans commercial director Andrew Ferguson said: “Building out our growth strategy is high on the agenda for Foundation Home Loans this year.
“We are thrilled to appoint someone as experienced as Julie to help strengthen our broker network in the North East.”
Bourne added that she was excited by the opportunity and was eager to start supporting the lender’s broader expansion plans.
