Coffey (pictured) has spent four years as one of the lender’s business development managers (BDM), developing the overall proposition and enhancing relationships.
She will report to head of commercial Sam Ward who was appointed in January to take on responsibility for the society’s business development, marketing, product and growth strategy.
Ward said: “Jenny has proven to be a huge asset to the society as a BDM and her expertise and knowledge will be fully utilised in her new role supporting the commercial team.
“Apart from organising valuable market research, she will be using her field experience and understanding of what brokers and their customers need to deliver positive enhancements to the Dudley’s residential product and service offering.”
Ward added: “The commercial team brings together the sales, marketing and product functions of the society into one fully integrated group focussed on providing our intermediary partners with a proposition which they can confidently recommend to their customers.”
Coffey said she was delighted to have been chosen for the role.
“Thanks to the close working relationships I have developed as a BDM, I can bring a lot of relevant insight to the new role and look forward to supporting my colleagues in the commercial team,” she added.
