LMS will provide a fully vetted, secure panel to meet the society’s requirements.
It will also provide a range of components to further secure the monetary chain and provide operational efficiencies in the house buying process.
Established in 1863 with 12 branches across the counties of Staffordshire, Derbyshire, Cheshire and Shropshire, Leek United aims to be the local society of choice for new and existing members.
Nick Chadbourne, chief executive of LMS, said: “We are pleased to be further strengthening our position in the market and look forward to a long-term relationship with our latest lender partner.”
John Kelly, operations director at Leek United Building Society, added: “I’m delighted that Leek United is using the LMS Panel Link service. The system will also provide additional processing efficiencies as it is seamlessly integrated into our current processes.”
The Mortgage Lender and Yorkshire Building Society are among others that have partnered with LMS.
