Scottish BS cuts rates by 0.3 per cent
Scottish Building Society has reduced rates across its residential and professional fixed rate products by 0.30 per cent.

 

The mutual’s two-year residential fixed rate is now priced at 2.19 per cent for loans over 80 per cent loan to value (LTV) with a £995 fee.

Rates on professional mortgages available to selected professions in Scotland have also reduced. The rate for loans up to 95 per cent has reduced to 3.19 per cent with a £995 fee.

Paul Alexander, head of business development and sales strategy said: “We are pleased to be able to make these reductions, which allow us to continue helping borrowers across Scotland buy their homes.”
