The new portal has an enhanced product search function, offers pre-application mortgage illustrations and enables brokers to track cases in real time.
The lender said the portal had been tested with selected partners “so that it offers a better user experience and all new visuals, making it easier to view breakdowns at each stage of the application process.”
The platform allows brokers to upload and manage documents, view all applications in one place and share cases with colleagues.
