Bibby will also oversee commissions, financial reporting and planning to support the network’s aims to grow its adviser numbers. TMG Mortgage Network currently has around 300 appointed representatives (ARs) and registered individuals.
It will focus on reinforcing its senior team and investing in its operations to support this growth.
Bibby has experience in credit control, debt recovery and financial operations, developed across legal and financial services sectors. She has also led end-to-end credit and recovery functions, improved cash flow, reduced aged debt exposure and strengthened financial controls.
