She boasts more than 16 years’ experience in the mortgage industry, having started as a broker, and joins from Together where she was national account manager for the last two years.
In her new role, she will work with networks and clubs to ensure the lender is delivering to its users.
Jeremy Duncombe, director of intermediaries at Accord, said that as Edwards has always worked with intermediaries, she will bring “real insight and understanding to the role”.
He added: “Having a sales team which know the challenges brokers are facing every day means we can continually review our offering to make sure it exceeds expectations.”
Edwards said: “I’m looking forward to building successful relationships with our key lending partners and getting involved with our value-add propositions to ensure we continue to make a difference.”
