Treadwell (pictured) joins from Avamore Capital where he worked for three years, most recently as deal originator. There he specialised in developer finance on cases worth up to £10m.
He also previously worked at Enness Global Mortgages as head of commercial and development finance.
At Mesa Financial, Treadwell will be working with developers and other property professionals to deliver financial advice on funding, debt and equity structures.

Pepper Money makes national accounts hire
Pepper Money has recruited Daniel Wraith as national accounts development manager.
He has 14 years’ experience in the mortgage sector, having held previous roles at Lloyds Banking Group, Barclays, Primis and Simply Biz as both an adviser and in senior positions at lenders, clubs and networks.
