Specialist lender has appointed Ryan Brailsford (pictured) to the newly-created role of director of business development.
In his role he will lead the business development team, which helps brokers with specialist mortgage cases.
Brailsford has been with the firm since 2016, initially joining as regional development manager for the North and then rising to head of sales in 2018.
He joined Pepper after six years at Aldermore as a business development manager and later a relationship manager.
Before that Brailsford was an account manager at PruProtect and has also worked for Direct Mortgage Answers and Royal Bank of Scotland.
Paul Adams, sales director at Pepper Money, said: “I’d like to offer my congratulations to Ryan on taking this new role of director of business development. It’s richly deserved and testament to the hard work and leadership he has demonstrated during his time at Pepper Money.
“I know that our business development team will thrive under his guidance and this will only benefit our intermediaries and their customers.”
Brailsford added: “It’s a very exciting time at Pepper Money at the moment. We are broadening our proposition to help even more customers and we’re developing our sales team to ensure we are best equipped to support our intermediary partners.
“This new role demonstrates our long-term commitment to delivering brokers the best possible service and I’m looking forward to launching some further products soon to further strengthen our proposition.”
