OSB Group has made two appointments to its environmental, social and governance (ESG) team to build on its social commitments.

It has hired Shana Roberts (pictured, left) as group communities and charitable business partner, and Lexi Tsalkitzoglou (pictured, right) as diversity, equity and inclusion specialist.

Roberts will be tasked with preparing and implementing the group’s communities and charitable strategy such as the charities it partners with, its fundraising and volunteering activities.

Tsalkitzoglou will help the group to create an inclusive and diverse environment for employees, customers and suppliers. She will also lead campaigns which promote diversity, equity and inclusion.
