Roberts (pictured) joined Connect as a relationship manager in May 2020. Prior to that, she was a regional account manager for Positive Lending for four and a half years.
She has been in the financial services industry for around 16 years and, in that time, she has stints at Fluent Money and Santander.
In her new role at Connect, Roberts will be responsible for leading the relationship team in supporting its network members and to advocate for Connect as a specialist network of choice for both new and established mortgage advisers.
In her time at Connect, the company notes that she has increased its visibility and appointed representative (AR) numbers in the North along with more personal achievements such as winning a Women’s recognition award and being a finalist in various others.

Emma has successfully demonstrated that she has the ability and drive to succeed and as a result deserves this promotion where she will no doubt continue to contribute to Connect’s ongoing growth plans.”
It has recently been a busy time for Connect in the job market. At the beginning of January, Mortgage Solutions reported that the firm had hired a trio of new recruits – Alan Baldwin, Adrian Boxhall and Jim Selley – to its leadership team.
