MT Finance promotes Gareth Lewis to managing director

Lewis has worked at the lender since 2018, after joining from Precise Mortgages where he was director of bridging for almost seven years. 

Prior to Precise Mortgages he worked at Tiuta as head of business development and before that held roles at Cheval Property Finance, Jim Whites Mortgage Solutions and Chelsea Building Society.

Since being at MT Finance, Lewis has overseen the launch of its regulated bridging and buy-to-let divisions. He also managed the lender through recent market turbulence caused by the pandemic and later, the September mini Budget.

Lewis said he was “honoured” to be promoted to managing director.
