PMS adds Cirencester Friendly to protection offering
PMS Mortgage Club, part of Sesame Bankhall, has partnered with Cirencester Friendly to boost its protection offering.

Member firms will be able to access the lender’s income protection products, which includes Income Assured Enhanced and My Earnings Protected.

The product covers up to 65 per cent of the customer’s income if they become unable to work due to illness or injury.

The deals have no premium loading for smoking, occupation, or hazardous pursuits, and there is a broad range of deferred periods including split deferred.

The firm also offers year-round support, not just at the point of claim.

PMS’ protection offering means members can choose protection products from 15 of the UK leading providers.

Passionate about protection

Stephanie Charman, strategic relationships director at Sesame Bankhall Group, said: “With an excellent reputation for customer service and claims management, Cirencester Friendly brings over 130 years’ experience of offering protection cover, and we are delighted that PMS members will now have access to its products.

“Like them, we care passionately about the need for protection, particularly in these difficult economic times, and are committed to adding value to members. This partnership helps further enhance our offer, providing advisers and in turn their customers, with a greater choice of products and options available to suit their needs.”

Alan Waddington, distribution director at Cirencester Friendly, said: “At a time when so many people are facing uncertainty, we are delighted that the addition of our comprehensive income protection products to PMS helps us reach more people who want to protect their monthly pay.

“It is our goal to provide much-needed protection and security to those that need it the most, and forging partnerships with respected organisations such as PMS helps to do exactly that. We look forward to building a strong and successful partnership with them.”
