Gen H brings out product switching range for broker partners
Gen H has released a product switching range for intermediaries, which number around 12,000 since it opened to the broker market in 2021.

The lender said that there is no need to upload documents, run new affordability assessments or lengthy review processes. It added that existing Gen H customers will receive exclusive rates and pay no product fees.

Brokers will need to advice, help clients select the appropriate product and submit a request.

They will be able to earn 0.25 per cent procuration fee for product switch completion.

Brokers should contact the Gen H broker team by email to initiate a product switch applications.

Gen H has been broadening its proposition, adding a conveyancing service as part of a bundle, which first-time buyers and homemovers can access. It allows customers to get a mortgage and legals with the firm.

In an interview earlier this year Peter Dockar (pictured), chief commercial officer, said that it on track to be a top 20 lender by the end of the year and was aiming to grow its broker panel to around 15,000.

The firm is currently working with Legal and General Club, Paradigm, TMA, PMS, Brilliant Solutions and Primis.
