The free legal service includes debt consolidation irrespective of the number of debts to be repaid. Additionally, the proposition is being supported by the distribution of a new broker and consumer-facing guide.
This is to ensure consistent and cohesive communication so that everybody is clear what to expect, and are kept informed throughout the whole process. There is also an improvement safeguard service levels for brokers and customers alike.
Remortgage customers are presented with a choice of either a free legal service or £350 cashback for all residential, and debt management plan products.
