Pepper Money promotes Forde to head of inclusion and engagement
Pepper Money’s Atlyn Forde has been promoted to the role of head of inclusion and engagement.

She joined Pepper Money in 2018 as its senior data insight manager and took on the additional role of chair of its diversity, equity and inclusion committee.

As chair, Forde has won a number of awards including Equity, Diversity and Inclusion: Best Leadership category at the Women’s Recognition Awards.

As head of inclusion and engagement, Forde will maintain Pepper Money’s focus on diversity, equity and inclusion, drive colleague engagement and collaboration, and support ESG initiatives. She will also support the lender in meeting the needs of its customers.

Laurence Morey, CEO at Pepper Money, said: “I would like to congratulate Atlyn on her new role. Her passion and skill in this space have already made a significant impact at both Pepper Money UK and Pepper Global. As head of engagement and inclusion, she will play a crucial role in driving colleague engagement in our culture and values, collaborating with committees, and leading initiatives to strengthen our commitment to inclusion.”

Forde (pictured) added: “I’m really excited to take on this new role as head of engagement and inclusion. One of Pepper Money’s primary objectives is to deliver positive societal outcomes. This goes beyond providing opportunities to customers who may otherwise be excluded from the mortgage market and extends to identifying new ways that we can help promote a fairer society in everything we do.

“The creation of this role is a clear demonstration of Pepper Money’s commitment to progression, and I’m looking forward to making a positive impact within it.”
