Sarah and Cavina are exceptional BDMs and bring with them an abundance of experience and existing relationships. I’m excited to be working alongside them as we grow in 2024.”

Rose noted: “I’m thrilled to kick off 2024 by joining Dudley Building Society. It’s fantastic to work alongside so many talented people and share my experience. I bring extensive knowledge and relationships across the north of England and am eager to hit the road to see a lot of familiar faces and talk about Dudley Building Society.”

Harrison added: “I’m excited to embark on the next chapter of my career with Dudley Building Society. I’m delighted to be part of this new team and can’t wait to get out there to rekindle long standing relationships for the society.”

The mutual’s new mortgage lending rose by 58 per cent year-on-year to £112.3m in 2023.
