The event will be hosted by Katie Thompson, national account manager at Mortgage Brain, with Graham Laverty, intermediary support manager at Perenna, being the guest.
The class will look at the lender’s long-term fixed rate products, which opened to the wider broker market earlier this year and launched to the market in November.
This will include looking at how such products can maximise borrowing power, no maximum age criteria and real-life case studies.

Perenna recently brought out a retirement interest-only (RIO) mortgage and interest-only option, which is aimed at borrowers over the age of 50.
The company also joined Own New, a scheme that offers buyers lower rates for new builds with select housebuilders. The lender will pass on the reduction across the whole mortgage term.
