Szejna joins Alternative Bridging Corporation from Barclays, where she worked between 2015 and 2023 in various roles including mortgage adviser and mortgage executive.

Prior to that, she worked at London Mutual Credit Union for around eight years, initially as a customer service representative, then as a branch manager and finally as a loan officer.

The company has been growing its team, hiring Nasreen Khan as an internal business development manager (BDM), promoting Robert Seymour to senior underwriter and hiring Paul Gavin as its head of sales.
