Countrywide Surveying Services (CSS) has launched QualityShield, an advanced automated risk management solution to improve the accuracy and efficiency of valuations and real-time decision-making.

The system is based on robotic process automation (RPA), a form of artificial intelligence (AI).

Alongside this initiative, CSS has appointed a team of experienced field-based quality managers who are all qualified surveyors to maintain standards of accuracy.

CSS said QualityShield represents a “major step forward” in its commitment to integrating innovative technology that enhances its people’s expertise.

Fully automating risk management workflows and reducing manual intervention the system allows its professionals to focus on strategic oversight and improvement, said CSS.

Matthew Cumber (pictured), managing director of Countrywide Surveying Services, said: “QualityShield streamlines processes, allowing our quality management team to focus on complex, high-value tasks. By combining the expertise of our people with advanced automation, we can reinforce our commitment to providing lenders with real-time insights, enhanced risk management, and seamless top-quality service delivery.
