Smartr365 said this automation with NatWest, which is the third-largest mortgage lender in the UK by mortgage balances, according to UK Finance figures, is a “new benchmark for its brokers for efficiency and digital transformation”.
The automation is delivered through Smartr365’s native SmartrConnect functionality, which offers automated instant mortgage submissions. It allows users to source, submit and process at the touch of a button, according to the firm.
The “complete end-to-end automation” can be applied to residential purchases, including first-time buyer and homemover, remortgage applications, capital and interest repayments, employed and self-employed clients and sole and joint applications.
All NatWest personal mortgage products are available to UK mainland brokers registered with NatWest and “seamless access” has been built directly into the Smartr365 platform.
This expanded capability is live now and available to all eligible Smartr365 users with NatWest access.
