Mohammad Mia joins Offa as a business development manager (BDM) for bridging and development finance. He has over 15 years of experience across retail, commercial and bridge finance.
Khalid Rahman joins as a broker support specialist and will be the “primary point of contact for intermediaries and providing dedicated support throughout the finance application process”.
Rahman previously worked at HSBC as a financial support specialist for mortgages for over a year, and has also worked at Al Rayan Bank and the Ministry of Justice.
Jass Ratu joins Offa as underwriter and has over a decade of experience in mortgage underwriting with Lloyds Banking Group and Precise Mortgages. She specialises in buy to let (BTL) for limited companies.
Qadeer Malik takes on the role of home finance adviser at Offa and has worked in the finance industry for 16 years. She was most recently a mortgage broker at Countrywide, and before that, she was a mortgage adviser at NatWest.

Ruth Chiu will become a financial crime analyst, having moved to the UK two years ago and spent a year at Unipart Group.
Mehwish Ahmed has joined in a customer support role and previously worked at Amplifi Capital as a loan underwriter and, prior to that, with the State Bank of India as a mortgage case manager.
Farhan Ahmed is Offa’s new underwriter for bridging finance, bringing more than 20 years of experience in property and finance.
