Brokers in Scotland can access its full range of residential mortgages, which include Income Flex, Credit Flex, core mortgages and more.
Hinckley & Rugby Building Society said the move was part of a “wider growth strategy” and would “broaden broker choice and increase access to manually underwritten lending”.
The lender added that there were no changes to product criteria, so Scottish borrowers would “continue to benefit from the same lending proposition” as England and Wales.
Hinckley & Rugby Building Society initially launched in Scotland through the PMS Mortgage Club and Sesame Network earlier this year, and added that buy-to-let (BTL) products would also be available.
Laura Sneddon (pictured), head of mortgage sales and distribution at Hinckley & Rugby for Intermediaries, said: “Brokers in Scotland have been asking us for more options, so it’s great to now open our full range to the whole of market. We know there are many clients with complex or non-standard needs who struggle to find the right fit, and our approach is about looking at each case on its own terms.

“Expanding access means more brokers can make use of our products, and more customers can benefit from the kind of flexible lending we pride ourselves on.”
