Her appointment follows a series of senior hires to strengthen the firm’s leadership team and scale its operations, including Daniel Broadhurst as commercial director, Lewis Harris as head of strategic solutions and David Espley as chief technology officer.
Schneider brings more than 20 years of experience in leading delivery organisations and complex technology programmes, including 15 years in financial services across product and consulting.
She has previously developed teams and improved outcomes for clients, most recently holding senior roles at Thought Machine and GFT Financial.
At Finova, Schneider will be responsible for shaping and leading a new delivery function focused on high-quality execution, onboarding and clients adopting the Finova platform.
She will be tasked with building the structures, processes and teams needed to ensure consistency for its customer base.
