First 4 Bridging appoints head of sales and marketing
Michelle Douglas (pictured) has joined master broker and packager First 4 Bridging as head of sales and marketing.

 

Douglas comes to First 4 Bridging from Metro Bank, where she was a mortgage adviser, and has previously held roles at estate and lettings agencies.

Jonathan Caplan, director of First 4 Bridging, commented: “Michelle will oversee our sales and marketing teams and has already made her mark by putting a new structure in place that will benefit those working here, and those placing their clients and cases with First 4 Bridging.”

In addition to taking on responsibility for sales figures and broker service standards, Douglas will also oversee all of the marketing output, and new communications will include case study information, event news, a monthly newsletter, and criteria updates.

Douglas said: “My aim is for us to provide as speedy, professional, seamless and consistent a service as possible. We are actively looking to support advisers, brokers and other introducers in helping their clients find the finance they need, and to ensure that by working with us we can help drive significant income and business volume growth for them.”
