Alternative Bridging appoints BDM for north of England
Alternative Bridging has appointed Oblix Capital’s Steve Woods as business development manager (BDM) in the north of England.

Woods will be based in Liverpool. At Oblix Capital he was northern and Midlands senior BDM, prior to that he worked as head of sales at Bridgebank Capital, following stints at Nationwide Building Society and NatWest Bank.

Alternative Bridging chief executive Jonathan Rubins said: “We are delighted to have someone of Steve’s background and experience on board. His enthusiasm and experience will be of immense value to our advisers and brokers ensuring their and their client needs are met swiftly and effectively.”

In July, the firm hired former Neptune advertising manager Tazeen Jobbar as marketing manager.
