Bridging lender Century Capital recruits sales director

Alex Shokin joins the firm from Claremont Asset Management where he was responsible for managing land options and consulting for development acquisitions. Previously he had worked in the emerging markets and FX sectors.

Paul Munford, Century Capital’s CEO, said he was happy to welcome such a ‘seasoned professional’ to his team.

“Alex’s deep knowledge of the industry in both real estate and finance will be an invaluable asset to Century,” he added.
