Complete rehires Budden as associate operations director

Budden worked for Complete between 2005 and 2010, before leaving the firm for a management role at Beals Estate & Lettings Agent in Farnham.

In her new role she will work with the directors and team leaders to improve process and communication at the firm and enhance the customer journey through better use of technology.

Director Tony Salentino said: “Claire’s knowledge of our business is priceless and her experience in management will mean she’ll fit in with the team perfectly. We’re thrilled she’s come back to a business that’s been growing year on year.”

Budden added: “It’s been amazing to rejoin Complete. They still have the same positive work ethic and have even improved their proposition in recent years. I’m really looking forward to my new role and making the proposition even better.”

In January the firm was rejoined by founding member Damian Cain, who took up a position on its board and was put in charge of broker relationships and the development of the company’s second charge proposition.

In February it appointed former broker Graham McCabe as business development manager for the South West.
