Stubbs will be responsible for driving forward the general lending services offered by Brown Shipley that include bridging loans and residential buy-to-let.
Prior to Brown Shipley, Stubbs was an executive director at Coutts and his most recent role saw him leading a team that managed the Bank’s ultra high net worth clients. He will be supported by a wider team of five lending specialists across Brown Shipley’s six offices, providing both secured and unsecured loans.

Brown Shipley is owned by Luxembourg-based KBL European Private Bankers and has offices in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Edinburgh and Nottingham. Clients looking for a loan need to have £500,000 invested with the firm.
