OMS confirms five more lenders on board as pair of packagers sign-up
Clever Lending and Your Expert Group have adopted One Mortgage System (OMS) to extend its coverage across the specialist intermediary market.

Five further lenders have also signed-up and are expected to join the platform by early September, managing director of OMS Neal Jannels told Specialist Lending Solutions, although he was unable to provide further details.

OMS already has partnerships with lenders including Precise Mortgages, Shawbrook Bank, Together Loans, and Kent Reliance. It gives brokers access to documentation and application forms for over 28 different lenders without the need to re-key any additional data.

Neal Jannels said: “This integration across both firms highlights the flexibility and adaptability of the system in terms of how it can be effective across all sectors of the specialist mortgage markets. The successful integration of OMS will free up valuable time for advisers within Clever Lending and Your Expert Group to better engage with existing and potential clients and generate more business.”

Efficient packaging process

Sam Kirtikar, managing director of Clever Lending (pictured), said: “OMS capabilities will not only make our case packaging process much more efficient, but also improve the application process for brokers and customers. The increasing number of lenders using OMS reflects how professionals are working together to develop and improve practices across the whole industry.”

Nathan Ellis-Calcott, director of specialist lending at Your Mortgage Experts, added: “We selected One Mortgage System as our new technology platform after a period of extensive research and comparison.

“The OMS integration will help us to digitise operations and enhance the customer journey for the Your Expert Group’s recently launched Multiple Product Offering. We are looking forward to utilising the many benefits attached to the system to heighten service standards and create an even more efficient working environment.”
