Bluestone Mortgages launches integrated mortgage platform with CLS Money
Bluestone Mortgages has launched an API-driven integrated mortgage application service with specialist mortgage brokers CLS Money.

The partnership aims to help advisers process mortgage applications in an easy and efficient way, by eliminating re-keying to maximise quality of submissions and drive efficiency.

Through the software, advisers enter client data only once to obtain Decision in Principles and submit full applications.

As a result, the system significantly helps to reduce processing times for advisers and enhance the process for clients.

It comes after Bluestone’s integration with Twenty7Tec’s ‘Mortgage Apply’ earlier this year.

The changes are part of the lender’s wider API strategy, with Bluestone using technology to speed-up and ease applications.

Steve Seal, director of sales and marketing at Bluestone Mortgages (pictured), said: “We are committed to using technology to drive innovation and change within the mortgage market and are delighted to partner with CLS Money.

“Earlier this year, we were the first lender to fully integrate our facilities via the Twenty7Tec API MortgageApply system and this move was a natural next step.

“Service quality is vital to us, and we are confident the new platform will dramatically improve and speed up the mortgage application process for our advisers.”

Clayton Shipton, managing director at CLS Money, added: “Utilising the full capacity of our API-enabled CRM Engaged has allowed us to keep at the forefront of our industry and use leading technology software like Twenty7tec’s ‘Mortgage Apply’.”
