Quiz high profile lenders and distributors next week at The Specialist Lending Event 2019

The free-to-attend roadshow event kicks off next week and will cover all the key aspects of the specialist lending market.

Hampshire Trust Bank, One Savings Bank, Shawbrook Bank and Vida Homeloans representatives will be on the lender panel answering questions from brokers around the country.

Meanwhile, senior executives from Crystal Specialist Finance, Clever Lending and Impact Specialist Finance will be among those available from distributors to break-down the sector’s hot topics.

Masthaven sales director Rob Barnard will open The Specialist Lending Event 2019.

Barnard will be discussing how brokers and lenders can ease the potentially complex journey for borrowers with a session called Improving the specialist customer experience.

Keystone Property Finance CEO David Whittaker will be examining the future of the buy-to-let market and giving an insightful look into its future in his own unique style.

Octane Capital managing director Mark Posniak, will be discussing how bespoke underwriting is a key part of the specialist sector for individuals, be they small commercial, complex income or bridging customers.

And United Trust Bank commercial director – mortgages Buster Tolfree will be analysing the key movements in the second charge market, explaining what advisers need to know about these changing products and changing borrowers.

The Specialist Lending Event was launched in 2016 with the aim of informing brokers about this growing area of the market.

It will consider those sectors which have not been catered for by mainstream lenders and assess how brokers can place unusual cases and avoid turning business away or burning leads.
