Complete FS adds onsite underwriter from Fleet Mortgages
Specialist packager Complete FS has appointed Wayne Fitzpatrick from Fleet Mortgages as the latest addition to its growing roster of onsite underwriters.
The move increases Complete FS’s proposition for introducers by adding an eighth onsite underwriter with whom brokers can speak directly through Complete FS’s staff.
Tony Salentino, Complete FS director (pictured), said conversion rates were improved by “the consistency that comes from introducers gaining access to the same underwriter onsite”.
“We’re grateful to Fleet Mortgages for agreeing to send Wayne to us. It takes our relationship to a new level. An underwriter’s presence in-house, with the access it gives to introducers, makes our business proposition even stronger,” Salentino said.
