Shawbrook adds five to broker support teams

Tina Carling has joined as an IBDM from specialist finance broker partner Vantage Finance. She has a decade in financial services working in sales and underwriting roles.

Lizzi Rogers has also joined as an IBDM from Clear Asset Finance and has three years’ experience in the finance industry working in sales and business development teams.

Meanwhile, Ryan Madder has been appointed as business development executive from Vantage Insurance Services. He has ten years’ experience in sales and customer support roles.

The lender has also promoted Calum Knight and Malone Roberts as business development executives from the firm’s lending administration team.
