Previously the firm operated a host of separate brands for the various areas of the property finance market, such as Fluent Bridging, Fluent Money for second charge mortgages, Fluent Lifetime for equity release, and Fluent Protect for insurance.
While these businesses will continue to be led by divisional managing directors, they will now operate under a single brand.
Suzanna Aspden, group marketing director for Fluent Money, said the “full spectrum” of the Fluent Money proposition was now being showcased through a single website, and noted that the brand consolidation came as part of the business’s growth ambitions for the next year and a half.
She continued: “We undertook a competitive tender process earlier in the year and are delighted to have worked with Moreish Marketing who really stood out for their inspired and fresh approach to the brief, through the branding and design. They interpreted our brief very comprehensively to promote a mobile first, user-centric site that supports the online journey customers have when interacting with our brand.”
