Paragon Development Finance promotes Daniel Cresswell to relationship manager

Cresswell was initially at Titlestone since 2016 as assistant portfolio manager, before it was acquired by Paragon in 2018. Since joining Paragon, he worked as portfolio manager then moved up to the role of portfolio manager in 2020.  

In his new role, he will be responsible for the management of client accounts and developing new business. 

The lender has also promoted Jess Pilkington, Lilly Sargeant and Megan Andreou from junior portfolio managers to portfolio managers. They all joined the company last year. Andrew Kyprianides, formerly senior operational credit manager, has also been appointed as director of credit and operations.

I’m delighted Daniel is stepping up to this role as he’s ready for the next stage in his career and to take direct management of client accounts, as well as growing the business.   

“I’m also pleased to see Andrew step up to head our credit and operations team plus Jess, Megan and Lilly also move up the career ladder. They have progressed well since joining us last year.”
