Brothers set up specialist commercial finance brokerage

Established by Elliot and Oliver Cotterell, the firm will advise on commercial mortgages and finance, development finance, management buyouts and bridging finance. 

The Cotterells have experience in the property and mortgage sectors with Elliot being the founder of My Mortgage Maker which was set up in 2020. It advises on mainstream residential and buy-to-let mortgages. 

Oliver founded his own firm, Windsor Hill Mortgages, in the same year and advises on residential mortgages as well as development finance. 

They both have previously worked as advisers at London and Country Mortgages with Elliot being there for five years and Oliver being employed for three.
