Quantum Mortgages has promoted Spencer Gale to distribution and marketing director.
In his new role, he will manage the firm’s relationships with packagers and strategic accounts and work with the growing number of networks and mortgage clubs.
Gale initially joined Quantum as sales and marketing director and, during that time, built its sales and distribution function and worked with the key account manager team.
Before Quantum Mortgages, he was head of sales at ULS Technology for over a year and prior to that was key account manager for Axis Bank for around a year.
He was previously regional sales manager at Magellan Homeloans for around five years and before that was senior national account manager at GE Money Bank.
The specialist buy-to-let lender was founded in 2021 and focuses on the needs of experienced landlords.
Jason Neale, managing director at Quantum Mortgages, said: “Since launching last March, we have seen an exponential rise in the number of packagers, networks and mortgage clubs wanting to work with us, which we are very grateful for.
“We do however recognise these firms have different requirements and needs from a lender, so our intention is to work with these larger distributors to develop our proposition and explore how we can mutually grow each other’s business.
“No one in the industry has a better track record then Spencer when it comes to this type of development, so we are delighted he is moving to this role.”
