Bristol-based Windsor Hill Mortgages merges with My Mortgage Maker
Brothers Oliver and Elliot Cotterell have finalised the merger between Windsor Hill Mortgages and My Mortgage Maker to become “one unified, stronger team”.

The company have offices in Bristol and Bath and will operate under the Windsor Hill Mortgages moniker.

The aim is for Windsor Hill Mortgages to become the “go-to specialist finance broker in the whole of the UK”.

The firm said that it had tripled its headcount over the course of the year and struck a number of key partnerships and sponsorships with “like-minded customer-centric businesses”.

It comes after the two brothers launched commercial finance broker Cotterell and Cotterell earlier this year. The firm will advise on commercial mortgages and finance, development finance, management buyouts and bridging finance.

Elliot Cotterell (pictured, right), co-founder of Windsor Hill Mortgages, said: “This is a really exciting time for both of our companies. By combining our strengths, we will be able to offer a truly unique service to our clients.

“Our teams of experts will now work together to provide the best mortgage experience possible to our clients based around the UK. We are lucky to have a team that is full of amazing characters, as well as having plenty of humour. There is never a dull day in the Windsor Hill Mortgages office.”

Oliver Cotterell (pictured, left), co-founder, Windsor Hill Mortgages, added: “We are thrilled to be joining forces with My Mortgage Maker. Our companies share a common goal of providing the best possible service to our clients, and this merger will allow us to do just that.

“The combination of our expertise and investment in technology will bring a new level of innovation to the mortgage industry. The sky is the limit.”
