One day until British Specialist Lending Awards deadline

The deadline for voting is at 5pm on Friday 10 February, with the full category list available here.

Nominations highlight the hard work of brokers, lenders and business leaders in complex buy-to-let, commercial finance, second charge, bridging and short-term finance, complex income, adverse credit sectors.

It also celebrates administrators, conveyancers and surveyors.

Maybe you know a broker or lender who works in commercial finance? Make sure their hard work doesn’t go unnoticed and nominate them for a British Specialist Lending Award.

In order to be a finalist, nominees need to campaign for votes by email and social media. Marketing material can be created and if this is of interest, please email lorraine.francisco@ae3media.co.uk.

Last year, there were 21 winners across the specialist lending space with entertainment from comedian Kerry Godliman and music from The Brightside Band.
